BKeeney Software Acquires Three Koingo Software Products

BKeeney Software Inc. announces the acquisition of File Sheriff, Font Pilot, and Slideshow Magic from Koingo Software (Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada). The three products will be added to the existing BKeeney Software lineup of products.

BKeeney Software had the desire to expand their product catalog and when Koingo Software announced that they were selling the source code and rights to the three well-established products it seemed like an ideal match between the two companies. The purchase includes all rights and privileges to use the source, names, and icons of each of the products.

BKeeney Software is one of the larger software consulting firms that specializes in using a cross-platform development tool called REALbasic from Real Software (Austin, TX). Font Pilot, File Sheriff, and Slideshow Magic were written using REALbasic and are excellent examples of applications written using the award-winning development tool.

Existing licensed users of the three products can request free registration from BKeeney Software for the current versions as soon as they become available. An upgrade package will be available to existing users when a significant new version is released.
