I have used Data Guardian (through at least one name change) for more than 10 years on Mac, PC and, more recently, iOS. I have used other personal database programs which I have often seen come and go. Data Guardian always works on both platforms and has been keeping track of contacts and other information faithfully and reliably for all this time. It is one program I use many times each week and have been doing so for all these many years. What other program can I say that about? Not too many come to mind.

I create and store all user name and password combos for everything I access on the internet through use of this software, even for smart phone apps. I was recently tempted to switch to "One Password", but didn't see much difference, and didn't want to spend the extra time trying to export all of my data. One of the early versions of Data Guardian had a "clickable" button to allow the activation of the chosen URL. That feature was discontinued along the way, and I still miss it. I'd like to have such a feature made available again. I'll give a "5" rating if that is reinstated.

Have used this for several years and found it very good and can even export data to my iPhone. Comes in very handy for storing pin numbers for my credit cards, and passwords for websites.

It helps me keep track of my UserID and Passwords for all of the software that I purchase online. I like buying small utility app-bundles and therefore there is a lot of info to track about the vendors and also about my registration info. Data Guardian helps me organize under different libraries for tracking my vendors for quick and easy retrieval for all that important info that I cannot remember and it neatly stores it in one safe location. I also love the continuous update alerts as a registered user that Koingo does to keep improving your products. I am glad that I do not have to pay for all those upgrades and I benefit from all the wonderful new features Koingo keeps rolling out. Keep up the excellent work on refining Data Guardian.
