Over the years, I have collected over 400 passwords and I'm constantly on the go. Data Guardian allows me to manage my most critical data securely and anywhere in the world.
I have been using Data Guardian since before it had this name (I believe it was Contact Keeper), and I am really satisfied with it. I use other softwares for passwords & records, but this is my main one, the one I turn & return to all the time. Granted, now I am retired, I use it only at home, and nevertheless it keeps me handy with the many passwords, licenses, etc. one uses in daily life. At work, it was my "everyone knows it" secret to keeping all those little changing pieces of knowledge at hand. (Librarian Pro is excellent for inventory control & permanent record keeping.)
I have used Data Guardian for several years and it has always worked well.
In the early days of public internet use (1995 or so) you could have one password for all things that needed a password, so it was easy to remember. Not so now. The less complicated a password is, the more likely it is that someone might get into your stuff. Programs like Data Guardian became necessary to keep track of all those odd passwords. While there are other programs for tracking passwords, Data Guardian was one of the first, and I have always like the features and customer support. I have tried other programs but find Data Guardian to be the easiest to work with.
I have used Data Guardian for over 10 years now to store my most confidential and important data. I like it for it's blowfish encryption that gives me confidence that my confidential data is safe, it is straightforward to use and I can easily sync it with my iPhone
I am very serious about keeping ALL my authentication information secure. I am a webmaster and an online shopper. Data Guardian has been indispensable, keeping my clients and me safe for years. I tried other programs, but did not like them. Data Guardian does what I need.
Used it for years for storing critical logins and software license codes. It works with no issues.
Good program, keeping all my passwords safe. I feel it has a high level of security. Only thing I'm missing is a option for Touch ID. It would be nice just to open the program with your fingerprint instead of your password every time.
Have used this software since it was Password Retriever Super helpful and indispensable! Thanks Koingo
Good and user friendly software that do what it is supposed to do without any extra unwanted features. I have used it for several years and will not change my password keeping software.
