Too long to go into now! ; >) However, I do like Alarm Clock Pro very much and have found it to be very useful for reminders as well as for use as an alarm clock when I'm out of town using my portable MacBook Pro or MacBook Air.

I totally use this all the time as an alarm clock. With my Mac Mini hooked up to external Creative speakers, there is NO better alarm clock. That said, I have used Alarm Clock Pro for several years, it is actually one of the main reasons I looked at Koingo Software, and ended up buying years ago the software package that I have. I loved the features of Alarm Clock Pro 9, and often miss many of those features. I do, however, prefer the look and feel in general of Alarm Clock Pro 10, and it normally suits my needs just fine. What I really love about Alarm Clock Pro is the ability to use Applescripts, which adds a massive amount of functionally and power, if you know how to use it.

I LOVE THIS PROGRAM! As an elementary school teacher, I use it to keep track of the many, many exceptions that interrupt my weekly classroom schedule: students leaving for special services or small groups; individuals leaving for appointments; special assemblies or events. I even have it set to open the web site where I do attendance each morning, and, since my school has eliminated a bell schedule, I use it to signal the official start and end of our classroom day. It automatically opens up the staff announcements page each morning, and reminds me of after-school activities as well. I find it indispensable, and highly recommend that ANY classroom teacher try it out for all that it can do!

A friend of mine bought this app, and at first I thought he was crazy for spending money on a simple alarm clock program that you could probably download for free someplace else. But once I saw what it could do, my opinion quickly changed. I take back everything I ever thought about this app before, because now I own it myself and can honestly say it was worth every penny!
