Manual Activation

If you are having trouble activating our software using the "Activate Online" method in the license window, activate manually below. The form below requires you have properly activated your Koingo Software Account.

How to Activate Manually

Launch our software product.
Choose "Activate Product" from the program menu (on Mac OS) or the Help menu (on Windows).
Click the "Activate this product now" option, and enter your Buyer E-Mail.
Click Activate. If it fails to activate online, it will ask you to activate manually. Click Yes.
Highlight and copy the entire Challenge Code from the program.
Fill in your Buyer E-Mail field in the program, and then come back to this page.
Fill in your Buyer E-Mail and web site account password below.
Choose the product below you are attempting to register.
Paste in the challenge code in the Challenge Code field on this page.
Complete the human challenge (type the two words you see in the red box).
Submit this form, and you will be given the Challenge Answer to enter into the program.
