Submitting an Inquiry
Before contacting an agent by initiating a live chat or submitting a support ticket, please ensure the answer is not already somewhere in this online help.
Additionally, visit our Software Testing area to find relevant support requests which may answer your question. If this a feature request or bug report, and it is already in our system, please vote for it instead of contacting support with the same problem.
Due to the high volume of support inquiries we receive, please allow up to ten business days for a reply to your support ticket. Tickets are responded to in the order they are received. Submitting your inquiry more than once will not have it answered more quickly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Submission Failure
We have had some reports with users unable to submit support or contact requests via the form on our web site. Apparently, the CAPTCHA (the box below the form details with two distorted words in it) sometimes causes problems if you submit the form, were informed details were missing, and are required to press the back button in your browser.
If this happens, after you click back, be sure to click the reload button in the CAPTCHA area (not to be confused with the Refresh/Reload button in your browser) to get a new challenge code, even if a new one has automatically been generated.
